The most important aspect of Personal Training is to match the training to the client’s needs, whether it is to lose weight, or to train for a specific event. I will use the information you give to me, to help you attain your goals and reach your potential through fitness.

After the free starter session is complete, I can provide a number of packages to suit you.

*All include food diaries, health and fitness assessments, home workout and online trainer package.

Personal Training available in Chelsea, Fulham, Kensington, Notting Hill, Parsons Green, Putney, Wandsworth, Barnes, Clapham Common/ Junction Streatham, Brixton, Battersea. Available for training in the home/ office or park. Please call for a quote if you are outside these areas.

Partner training and group training also available, please contact for a quote.
