My own personal history within Fitness has taken many paths from playing club and county football and rugby all over the South of England in my teens, to Muay Thai Boxing in Thailand, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu in Sydney, and playing an integral part in winning the BUCS Northern Championship with my university Rugby League team.

I regularly train in the Crossfit philosophy of fitness which I find incredibly rewarding and challenging. (www.crossfit.com)

It is a program which specializes in not specialising, maintaining constant variation and challenge to the participant, something in fitness that I highly support and practice!

My aspirations with Robinson Fitness is to keep expanding, learning and building. I have recently started looking at studios and building an HQ for Robinson Fitness! Also with my continued learning to do the CKT Level 1 course and brush up on my Muay Thai!

In my spare time I like to play Rugby, run Triathlons and give Jamie Oliver a run for his money in the kitchen.... or not!
